Refund policy

  1. Refunds are not accepted unless item is flawed or damaged. You must contact the store within 24 hours of receiving your items to report flaws or issues.
  2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  3. Customers are responsible for contacting the post office for missing packages. The store is not responsible for packages after they have been accepted by the post office. 
  4. Cancellations are not allowed after an order has been placed.
  5. Contact the store for ANY issues or concerns regarding your purchase. Whatever the problem is, please contact me so that I can correct the problem.
